How we size your lawn
We price the grass we cut.
Lot tiers use the mowable lawn area, not the total lot size. Your house, driveway, garden beds, wooded areas and other spaces we do not mow are excluded.
The rate assumes a regularly maintained lawn. Overgrowth or an initial cut, bagging and haul-away, steep terrain, and extra cleanup may add cost. We will review those details and confirm the price before work begins.

How do you measure the lot size?
Prices are based on the mowable grass area, not the full property parcel. Houses, driveways, gardens, woods and other non-grass areas are excluded. We confirm the tier after reviewing the property.
What is included in a weekly visit?
Each scheduled visit includes mowing, trimming accessible edges and around obstacles, and blowing paved areas clear. Clippings are mulched back into the lawn.
What does the seasonal price cover?
The planning rate covers 22 scheduled weekly visits during the May–October season. The seasonal total can be paid per visit or in six monthly installments from May through October. HST is extra.
Can you service larger properties?
Yes. The estate tiers cover up to two mowable acres. Properties over two acres, difficult terrain, or properties needing extra work are priced with a free custom quote.
Is the first cut included?
The listed rates assume a regularly maintained lawn. Overgrown or initial cuts, bagging and haul-away, steep terrain, and other extra work are quoted separately before service.
